- We're opening a key role for our next phase: GTM Lead. You'll manage 4-6 GTM Engineers across 15-20 client accounts, build the systems that let us scale, and train the team. Direct report to founders.
- Must have: High level of Clay + HubSpot knowledge. Extremely organized. No compromises here.

The Role
<aside>
4 Main Areas:

RevOps Service Lead: (~25-30 hours/week)
- Join client calls to provide strategic guidance and answer complex questions
- Review GTM Engineer deliverables before they go to clients (campaigns, workflows, reports)
- Manage project deadlines and ensure quality standards are met
- Give constructive feedback to GTMEs on their work
- Jump in as an IC if needed

Team Training & Development: (~5 hours/week)
- Weekly 1:1s with each of your 4-6 GTM Engineers
- Weekly group training sessions on new plays, tools, and techniques
- Monthly performance reviews with actionable feedback
- Onboard new hires

Systems Building (~5-10 hours/week)
- Map out workflows in Miro
- Create and maintain SOPs for every core process in Notion
- Build HubSpot and Clay templates the team can deploy quickly
- Implement n8n automations that eliminate repetitive work
4. Revenue Expansion (ongoing)
- Identify which accounts we can upsell/crossell to expand account LTV
- Collaborate with leadership on expansion strategies

- Experience in RevOps / GTM Engineering
